Team building for the women's national soccer team in preparation for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro 2016
Together with the manager of the women's national team Doris Fitschen and the team psychologist Markus Hornig we were allowed to develop a Samba team drumming event with the motto "Groove for Gold", where we were allowed to prepare the entire team for Rio 2016.
With the positive experience of "Groove for Gold" Silvia Neid's team managed to win their last missing, big title in international women's soccer.
On August 19, 2016, the German women's soccer team won the final of the Olympic soccer tournament in Rio at the legendary Maracana Stadium, securing the Olympic gold medal for the first time.
Quote Doris Fitschen (manager of the women's national soccer team): "Developing a Samba rhythm together with the team was a fascinating experience and also great fun. The groove ultimately carried us to the Maracana Stadium in Rio."
To this success we congratulate Silvia Neid and her entire team and thank them for the incredibly exciting and great cooperation. We are proud that we were allowed to drum with the team.
